Postage and packaging on orders containing just LNDesigns own products – £1.80 (2nd Class)
Postage and packaging on orders including any items from the eco-conscious range – £3.50 (2nd Class) Free UK Postage on orders over £50 European Union Postage and Packaging on orders under £30 – £3.50 (standard – not tracked) Postage and Packaging on orders over £30 – £9.40 (Tracked and Signed) Orders including quilts – £20 as they are more bulky and have to be sent as a parcel Orders to the EU may be subject to customs charges
Please ensure you’re delivery address is accurate as we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise if provided with the wrong details

Returns not accepted on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
